POSTAGE & PACKING

Postage and packing is FREE within the UK via Royal Mail, or other reputable courier companies using a tracking and signed for service. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery can take 4-7 days. Please email me at jessblandford@me.com if you have a particular date you need it for. Unfortunately international delivery is not currently available. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at my discretion.

AUTHENTICITY

All my original artwork is signed by me, and comes with a certificate of authenticity.

GIFT MESSAGES

I will happily include a hand-written gift message. Please just add your text at checkout if required.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

I hope you’ll be very happy with your purchase, but should you wish to return your item, please notify me within 7 days of purchase by email to jessblandford@me.com with a valid reason for return and await confirmation and postage instructions. Items should be returned with the same packaging and packaged with care. Refunds will be processed promptly after the item has been returned and refunded to the original payment source. Please note: Returns postage cost is the responsibility of the buyer and will be deducted from the refund.
